The planned email integration reads sender details, subjects, message bodies and identifiers to process playlist requests and prevent duplicates. Processed requests are archived, not automatically deleted.
Credentials and processing records are stored privately. Confirmation emails may share playlist details and outcomes with the email delivery provider. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
Use of Google API data will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
The mailbox owner can revoke access in their Google Account and contact the operator to request deletion of locally stored processing data.
